Close to Clifton Suspension Bridge, 5 minutes' walk to Bristol Temple Meads train station. My room was with a shower, a plus for me. It took about 15 min by foot to get to Cabot Circus. Rich breakfast with a good choice of food.
Well situated for trains and buses. Room was clean and well served
Adjacent to both train station and bus stops. Rooms at the rear fairly quiet
Buffet breakfast was lukewarm
This hotel is indeed the closest to the Temple Meads Station - is located right opposite and very easy to find. Quite spacious room, very clean and newly refurbished. Staff very efficient and polite. Overall very good experience, thank you!
The hotel is a bit far from the major places of interest (15-20 minutes walk) and the area it is very quiet in the evening with limited places to go out. It was fine with me as my key criteria was a proximity to the train station. However, if I travelled by car I would have chosen a more central hotel
I like the location of the hotel, it's near the Temple mead station , all kind of transport is just near. Good hotel for short visit to Bristol with good value of money ..
I didnot like that the wifi is not free of charge , And you can hear the noise of the near room.
Location is very good being directly oppositeTemple Meads railway station
Traffic noise can be a problem for front facing rooms
The room was lovely and the staff were exceptional
Everything was perfect, I'll be looking for this hotel group from now on
Roured the city on fppy.Took water taxi.Visited SS Great Britain and went to Bath for an afternoon
There was nothing negative about hotel at all.
Friendly welcome, helpful staff, easy parking, perfect location near the station and airport bus stop, easy walking distance of town centre and restaurants, and our dog was allowed too. Good value - perfect for us on this occasion.
This hotel is convenient for the Train station and Shuttle bus to the airport - saving money on a Taxi. Every member of staff we met were courteous and very helpful, even at 4.15am as we left for the airport. Perfect for a stopover.
Location. Very close to Temple Meads Station, which made the continuation of our journey much easier. 24 hour check in. Very convenient for travelling.
Didn't like having to pay for the internet. I think that internet is standard within majority of hotels now.
Proximity to station and event venue.
Female receptionist from (Latvian) was extemely helpful when I returned after leaving some property in my room after checking out. She was really busy with another receptionist but left and accompanied me to the room with house keys. Very pleasant and a very good service.
nearness of carpark
I chose this hotel mainly because of its location near the Temple Meads railway station, which was crucial as my friend, who shared the room with me, had to leave by 6:26 train. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even arranged an early breakfast for my friend. The room was clean, reasonably sized, with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I would be happy to stay in this hotel next time I am visiting Bristol.
The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is just over the road from the station and within easy walking distance of the shopping centres. Although some rooms are overlooking the busy road and can be noisy at night the staff offered us a very quiet room at the back of the hotel.
Everything was perfect.
