We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and a satisfying breakfast. The hotel's location near the railway station was ideal for our travel needs. The staff, including the always-present manager, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The food for breakfast could be improved by ensuring that the batter on the fish is cooked properly, as it was quite soggy.

We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed, which provided us with a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us easy access to all the amenities in the city center. we highly recommend this hotel for a city break in Bristol.
